Very disappointed with the customer service. After attending only one basketball class, we decided it was not a good fit and requested a refund. We have called several times, and were promised a callback, but no one has ever followed up. Nobody responded email also. The lack of response is frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication would have gone a long way. We expected better service from a community center.
