Aimee Occhetti, attorney at the Law Center of Central Florida in Wildwood, is an awesome estate and wil attorney! She helped us redo our wills & trust. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. We strongly recommend her for any trust, wills, POAs, estate matters, etc. Her staff is wonderful. Toni, her assistant, is very friendly, outgoing and very efficient. Kept us up to date on everything. Able to get the trust & wills done in a very timely manor. I had the absolute pleasure to work with attorney Aimee Occhetti this week to help my grandfather draft his will and power of attorney documents. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was so helpful through the whole experience. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was very clear and easy to understand. Aimee, the lawyer that worked on my Trust, is very through, exacting and sha uncoverd all the family details, and I am certain that when I reach my expiration date ( ha, ha, my passing) my family will be able avoid both probate expenses (the probate lawyers will take a heafty portion of any estate) and taxes - WHEW - that's one more item to take off my bucket list ( ha, ha again)!!
