We used this service back in June. We requested publication and the initial person I spoke to was very rude. I ended up emailing them at a later date and got a condescending email from someone on the team. The only delightful person I spoke with was Natasha. She was very kind on the phone and went out of her way to try and help. In regards to the actual service they charged over $900 which is the most we have probably ever paid for a publication.
