In "Our Response" to CDG's poor review I am aware of the situation in which this customer is complaining about. The matter was discussed prior to the customer's return to our facility to make the alignment better to him. The customer stated after the completion of the alignment to the "alignment specifications set by the manufacturer" that he wanted the steering wheel to return quicker to center after turning.
