Dr. Lawe has helped me quite competently in the last 2 years & I always feel confident in his advice or procedure's. It is now 7 tears later & the hernia repair he performed has never given me any trouble at all -would not know it's there.
I was extremely nervous of having surgery. More nervous than I let on. Dr. Lawe put me completely at ease during our conversation right before surgery with his relaxed and confident demeanor, professionalism and very thorough explanation of what caused my condition and how the operation would unfold. Dr. Lawe repaired my hernia some 9 years ago, and some months ago I suffered a second hernia. He did another stellar job just 7 days ago. Thank you Dr. Lawe! If you are not bothered by his somewhat distant "bedside manner" (which I am not), he is a very good surgeon, and I highly recommend him. Harmen Van Hoogevest, Christina Lake.
He is absolutely unprofessional. Due to his large ego, discrimination and judgment towards a patient is common. I've never felt more violated by a doctor as his piss poor judgment caused me large amounts of discomfort. Even when all staff members digressed with his final decision, He proceeded. He wasn't even my doctor. He was a fill in for another. Im disgusted with the treatment I received and I know God will judge his poor behavior.
