Absolute rip off. First lets cover the good points. Professional yes, timely yes, courteous yes. A legitimate firm with quality services. But how much do you need to pay for those services, that is the question. My particular instance, I needed services for a work for hire contract. Well That ended up costing me $3,000 plus. That is a simple template they have in their computers along with some additions that are needed for your specific use, it should not be that expensive. In fact I had to pay for their error. There were a number of iterations to get it right, but that's not because of our errors -- it's simply the process of moving it forward. We make assumptions to fill in gaps, get your input, and revise and move on.
