I had a great experience today at Lavu nails and spa. I went for a full set gel nail and regular pedicure. They told me I actually didn’t need a full new set but that I could just do a gel fill which ended up saving me some money which was great! Michael did my manicure, he listened to exactly what I wanted and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Tommy was awesome! He gave me a wonderful foot massage. I mentioned that I am a teacher and he said lots of teachers come on Friday for a weekly foot massage. Well, sir, I will definitely be doing that!!

I cannot recommend a place that took the appointment I had with Allison and switched me to someone else without letting me know or giving me the option to reschedule. I made this appointment four weeks ago so it looks like someone decided another customer was more important then me so I will not be back.
