We had requested a maintenance change to our account through an online submission. Within about 1 minute we received a confirmation email as well as a phone call from the support member advising us that the change had been made, as well asking if there were any other issues which he could help with. This is far and above the fastest response we have ever had from any company we have ever dealt with. Great service, friendly support members. 5 stars are not enough to properly score such good service... Thank you.
Every person I have worked with has been amazing!
I have no idea what is going on with this company. I am not in the restaurant business in any capacity and have never heard of them until they starting sending me support ticket emails in January. They likely had a typo or something. Hey, things happen. BUT! Since I made them aware of their error and asked them to remove my email address from their database several times, they have continued to periodically email me. Some of the info in the emails contain what appears to be unique authorization codes for restaurant accounts.... read more
