Dr Lavu is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She has such a passion for what she does, she will not settle for less than excellence. She is very efficient and manages her time so well, rarely leaving anyone waiting. Her office is welcoming and clean. (She doesn’t waste money on a big, fancy building; but all of her equipment, which is what really matters, is state of the art.) Her staff and assistants are very friendly and professional. SUCH a wonderful experience. The entire staff is so nice and helpful, and Dr. Lavu was so patient in answering my many questions and making sure I understood and was comfortable with the treatment plan. Transferring to a holistic dentist was the best decision I made, and she was able to help me avoid a root canal! Could not recommend more.
Highly recommend! I am a new customer, but I always feel welcome when I come in! Everyone in the clinic is super friendly and professional! I love the non toxic/ holistic approach to dentistry, and knowing Dr. Lavu’s team truly does care about my overall health and comfort! I had to have a partial plate which was a completely new experience. Dr. Lavu and the entire staff were wonderful in walking through this process with me. We are almost done with the “tweaking process.” I can’t say enough good things about this office. I would only go to a biological dentist and am so glad to have Dr. Lavu as my dentist. Multiple friends/family members have been referred to Dr. Lavu from me, and they are extremely happy with their dental care as well.
Again, the receptionist was no help. I’m a current patient asked for a suggestion or any places to remove wisdom teeth. She said they had a guy, but they couldn’t give me his name. First, she said they did remove wisdom teeth on a case by case basis and then just said to call any oral surgeon. I ask if they have any worked with and she said several I was like then give me any name and they wouldn’t. I’m no longer a customer. The place is dirty anyways.
