1. We arrive and they have our names written on a little chalkboard saying “Welcome to our new customers” 2. They show us to the toothbrushing bays with pre-toothpasted brushes 3. Arcade machine and tea and coffee in the waiting area (nice waiting area too not boring and sterile) 4. Amazing staff and service!
We loved that we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole team that meet with us for our initial appointment were so friendly and professional. The orthodontist (Louise) we met with went into great detail to explain her recommendations and did an amazing job at answering all my daughters questions.
We decided to get my son's teeth correction here after talked with Cathy and Dr.Lovrin, they gave us a professional advices and excellent services,it is a wonderful jerney of teeth treatment.
