The team made me feel so at ease , between the friendly conversation and laughter, I didn’t even notice when my blood was drawn. Dr.Lavotshkin was very informative and sweet. Truly amazing care!
I scheduled an appointment with this doctor in March in hopes that she can become my PCP. She's close to my house and my old doctor is not in network anymore. I spent close to 2 hours at my appointment, but only about 20 minutes with the doctor. I gave her my medical history, medications etc and also told her I'm seeing a functional medicine doctor for a certain health issue I have. I attended my annual checkup and would rate the experience a 6/10. The nurse I spoke with was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. However, I waited approximately 30–35 minutes before being seen. My interaction with the doctor was minimal. and I felt that she was not particularly engaged in addressing my concerns. The appointment felt rushed, which left me dissatisfied with the level of care provided. It seemed as though I was being seen more by the nurse than the doctor.
I’m very happy with Dr Anna & Dr Addi, they gave me a really warm and professional care, and kept following up with me to make sure all is well. It is a good small clinic with warm staff.
Dr. Lavotshkin is not only knowledgeable but also super kind. I felt comfortable asking questions and talking with her. Office staff was also friendly and thorough and wait time was not long. Highly recommend!!
