I had a wonderful experience at Lavon Storage Facility, thanks in large part to the manager, Tina. From my initial inquiry to the final paperwork, she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain all the options, walked me through the unit, and answered all my questions without rushing. The facility itself is spotless and feels very secure. So disappointed in this facility. My husband and I have been using it to store our extra furniture and seasonal clothes for a few months now, everything was fantastic but this evening we went back to gather some items and we clearly heard multiple rats running around in the ceiling (they were squeaking very loudly).
