I have never seen so much professionalism, etiquette with genuine concern in one place. Katrina, and the other Queen(did not get her name) made me feel right at home. Praying toYawah I get approved. I will recommended these apartments to the world because I feel comfort even as I drive through the property. Young ladies may God continue to bless you all. Amen
Beautiful property and staff is so kind and quick to answer any questions you may have. Took a tour and the residents were even nice, while walking the hallways. You can tell they care about their residents here not one resident I came in contact with had anything bad to say about management. I came to tour because this property had 4.5 stars and I see why. It’s still fairly new and looks good.
My aunt has been living at Lavon Senior Villas for about two years now. Overall, the apartments themselves are nice and the community is generally quiet. However, last summer there was a situation with the maintenance supervisor who appeared intoxicated and almost got into a confrontation with my cousin in front of children. I lived at Lavon Senior Villas for 3yrs 2020-2023, everything was ok till I decided to move out and requested my $500 deposit back. I was working the most of the time so my apartment was clean but I took time and effort to clean my apartment hoping to get my deposit of $500 back, I left the apartment very clean ready to be rented again.
