I hired Oscar from Lavo Construction after he was originally going to help with my kitchen remodel. There was a delay with Home Depot, and looking back, I am grateful because the kitchen project likely would have been a much bigger problem. While waiting for the kitchen plans to be finalized, I hired him to redo my patio stairs. I also purchased a pergola based on his recommendation, with the understanding that he would install it. Lavo Construction has helped remodel our basement and it has been a great experience. Oscar pays attention to every detail and is very reliable which makes him a great contractor. If he says he will be here, he arrives on time ready to work. He is a great communicator and has a friendly positive attitude which makes him great to work with. Even when we ran into a problem with something we ordered for the project, he finds ways to solve it. Highly recommend him as a contractor for any job.
