Working with Lucie (Lavlii) was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite clear communication, multiple revisions, and hours of custom work, she was consistently unreasonable and impatient. Her response was accusatory and dismissive of the effort involved. I would caution other vendors before taking on a project with her.
Lucie made a gorgeous headpiece for me for my wedding in November. Her work is unique and you can tell the love she puts into every piece she crafts. Not only is she immensely talented, she is incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. On the way to my wedding, my jewelry bag containing my incredible headpiece was stolen by TSA. I was devastated but Lucie saved the day!
