Bought 2 outdoor lounges over the phone to be shipped to WA. Dean provided incredible customer service, went above and beyond by getting quotes from transport companies that were so competitive it sweetened the deal enough to go ahead. Hate to say it but it reminded me of old fashioned service that you dont see much these days. Really nice people to deal with.
