Customer service here is always amazing, salon is clean and so cute. I’ve only had my brows threaded, all of the ladies do great but Niru is my favorite. Don’t listen to the negative one off comments— just go and you won’t have any regrets.
I went for facial today and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about everything. The equipments she has is very top notch and she was very professional and courteous. The place is also nice and very neat. Finally found a place to go for facial in this area!! Worth it!!
Very disappointed with how my sister was treated today. She arrived at 5:30pm and waited about 10 minutes to be serviced. Another woman walked in and admitted she missed her 4:00pm appointment and didn’t call to reschedule, yet they chose to service her before my sister. No explanation or apology was given. It was unprofessional and unfair. It’s a shame because she goes to this salon on a monthly basis. We won’t be returning.
Bad customer service. I visited this salon today at 5:30pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After arriving, I waited about 10 minutes to be serviced.
