Ava did an amazing job. She explained the process and was very relaxing while working on me. The price wasn't outrageous and my hair looks wonderful.
Mindy is driving her customers away from her business. She promised me a waiver of her absolutely unreasonable cancellation policy. I was ill she repeatedly guaranteed it would be taken care of, and I need not worrying when I came in for a fee when I tried to return they changed their story meant to refuse to hold any accountability or acknowledge her prior conversation and it’s an overall bad business practice policy. I actually did not go inside or receive any services from this place but I just think anyone thinking about making an appointment here should be aware about their cancelation policies. if it is within 24 hours of the appointment time they will charge you for the full service you would have gotten if it was not canceled. I made an appointment TODAY at around 9:30am-10:00am, FOR TODAY at 3:00pm. Omg! Great place to go, I have really fine thin hair and Ava is amazing at cutting it, she does layers that suit my hair fantastically. The shop is so clean with the cutest boutique. If you haven’t tried them you should 💯
I have never had extensions and after a referral I went to see Ava. She was amazing! I love my hair and she was so patient explaining the care. Strongly recommend Ava! Did I say I loved the outcome?
