I had an amazing experience at Lavish, walking in I was greeted. Only sat for a minute before Alisha came out. Entire time customer service was on point., she made sure to inform me every step of the way and asked if I had questions. The salon it self was a vibe, huge mirrors, Christmas trees were up and elegant. The salon was clean and well put together. My hair has heat damage which I knew and Alisha also let me know that and what I should do to grow out for more healthy hair!

Never coming here again!! I cut my own hair usually and decided to have professionals finish the job as a treat for my wedding. I have irish/greek curls and was looking forward to a really nice curly cut. They didnt listen to what I asked for and left my hair worse than when I came in. It looks like a 7 year old cut my hair in a closet in the dark. When I was unsatisfied they basically tried to convince me I was wrong/ that it was my fault. Great salon. Love the online booking feature which lets you manage appointments. Alisha was awesome. She was kind and insightful, made great recommendations on my curly cut with great results. Explained her technique as she went along which is helpful to manage my recently embraced curly hair. Looking forward to my next appointment!
