My appointment was set for 5:45 p.m., and I had to wait because only two nail techs do acrylics. I walked out there at 6:36 without my nails being done. With that being said, customer service sucked and will never return here again.

Tried this salon because of the high reviews and was not impressed. It was not super clean, and three different people were involved in my service rather than starting and ending with one. The man who removed my old dip did so by popping the dip off my nails rather than soaking them which was painful. After, he used a metal drill bit on my bare nails instead of a sanding band. The lady who actually did my gel was very kind and sweet, but did not fully trim my cuticles. All in all I would not recommend and will be finding som... read more
