Absolutely amazing
While I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The service itself was lovely, and the technician was very kind. Unfortunately, I had issues with the quality of my biogel fill. The first time, my nails were very thick and wavy, and within days the base began peeling and breaking off, with debris getting stuck underneath. I called back and was able to have them fixed at no charge, which I appreciated. However, during the appointment I noticed that on two nails the gel was not adhered... read more
