If there is 0 star I would put it. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. No one listens to what you are asking for. Brought an old lady from the back that didn’t know how to cut or anything, her hands were shaking and cut me and didn’t even apologize. Kept asking and telling her what to do and she completely ignored me. She literally clipped each nail once from the middle and didn’t finish. My nails looked like square with two sharp corners. I’ve been on the hunt for a good nail salon that not only has talented nail techs but good services and prices. I looked at the reviews and decided to book with Vi and let me tell you, she is so amazing! My nails came out perfect and I haven’t felt this happy with my nails in awhile.
