I have been coming to this location for 7 years, even before this new ownership. I went to get my nails done, and the male that was doing my nails was using the large drill and the speed was too fast. Th top part of my nail was burning. I wanted my nails trimmed and he used the same drill piece and was burning my finger tips. I asked for a new person. No one apologized after I told them what happened. Very poor customer service. Spent almost 300 dollars on me and my best friend for her wedding and her full set of nails already popping off. Just got them Saturday and its wednesday. They also filed way too roughly doing mine and cut up my cuticles bad. They also missed alot of spots on my friends feet for pedicure. Its too late to bother going back up there since she gets married Saturday. Never again. EDIT TO ADD SHE ALSO HAS GREEN NAIL. AFTER 4 FREAKING DAYS. DISGUSTING. NOW WE CANT EVEN PUT ON PRESS ONS TO FIX THEM. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
They do a great job but the prices are always different and never consistent even if you get the same thing
Amazing service, quality, and nice staff. I walked-in and they were able to fit me in. I got a gel manicure and am very happy with the results.
