I usually don’t leave negative feedback, but I am really disappointed with the customer service this time. My nails look unattractive, and the way they were trimmed appears bulky. From the beginning, I specified that I wanted almond-shaped tips with a golden color. They initially quoted me a price, but in the end, the technician who performed the service informed me of an additional charge that was never mentioned before. First timer! Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Many nail colors and pedicure options to choose from. It is very clean as well. My pedicure was so relaxing and worth the cost. Wish I would've come here sooner.
I love coming here, the treatment is spectacular... and they are very accommodating…
