Amanda did my permanent eyeliner almost 5 years ago and I was so happy with it. I ended up going to her for my hair as well and I'm so thankful I did! When I don't know exactly what I want, she has great suggestions that I always end up loving. She continues to learn new skills & techniques and excels at them all!
