Ugh, I wanted this relationship to work out well. I hired them for what they told me was their "sweet spot". Reconnecting my TV remotes and getting the displays on my two new TVs connected to the Cable. They spent all day at my house, inventoried my entire system and then charged me for this effort. When they left only one of the two TVs was working, they clipped a wire to my WAP which took a network expert hours and a fortune to figure out, and they disconnected wiring that ran my wifi which I also had to have repaired. ... read more
