It was my first time at Lavish the shop was so cute! I hadn't had my hair cut or colored in so long. Kelsey is the one who did my hair and she exceeded my expectations! My hair looks amazing! Thank you so much Kelsey! I will definitely be returning!

Very bad experience with Sabrina. I booked my appointment a week before, she called me on the day of the appointment to confirm my time. I came there, then other lady, Jessica told me that Sabrina is very late and she won’t be able to get my hair done. Sabrina was there in salon, with other customers, and didn’t even come to apologize, or say something to me. Very rude! I was super nervous going in to get my hair done for the first time but I decided I wanted a change. I booked with Sabrina and she was amazing with asking exactly what I wanted done before starting and throughout the entire appointment.
