I had the most amazing experience here. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so lovely. Bobbi chose the perfect colour for me, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I will never go anywhere else for my hair!
I am writing this review regarding my appointment on 14 July. I booked a full highlights service and clearly mentioned that I have thick black hair. During the consultation, I explained that I wanted lighter highlights while keeping my natural black hair visible between them. My stylist assured me this was what I would receive. I also explained that I had not used henna or chemical treatments, only a leave-in conditioner and serum eight days earlier.
