Janice is professional, prompt, and proficient at her craft; but even better, she genuinely enjoys it. She was excited as I was with my finished results. The hair looks and feels amazing! I have worn all types of extensions over the years;, bonded, tape in, braidless sew ins, vouge pearl.... Nanos are virtually weightless, and I had 7 bundles Installed. Worst experience I've ever encountered Janice is very standoffish and excessively slow. I left 1 hour into my appointment with over half my extensions out because her consistent ignorance of huffing and mumbling under her breath about my natural hair texture made me so upset and uncomfortable that I left crying. As a brand ambassador of Hair Flair you lack professionalism.
I am having the time of my life with the comfort of these hair extensions. They are so comfortable! I am so pleased with the quality by janice
