“I want to share my experience with Lavish Construction. Unfortunately, dealing with them has been extremely frustrating. They have repeatedly delayed and made empty promises about refunding my deposit. To this day, no refund has come through, and I’ve had no choice but to consider taking them to court. I also want to warn others: do not trust Shaktida and her husband, GYANENDRA KARKI as they’ve been consistently dishonest and aggressive with customers. STOP!! Please be extra cautious if you’re planning to build with them! Lodge a formal complaint to Building Commission NSW if they’re delaying your deposit refund. That’s how I got my deposit back. They harassed us so much to give the deposit back. Please check your HIA contract and see if they were supposed to provide you with the Certificate of Warranty Insurance before taking the deposit. They owe customers’s deposit but delayed to refund the clients. Can not trust them. Be aware of them and don’t do business with them. The clients have to sue them to court now. Too bad.
We live in a house next door to a house they have been building for the past two years . They cracked our roof due to neglect on their building site where they had left building materials on their roof and which then fell on our roof. They promised to fix it but haven’t. This was almost a year ago.
