Paid deposit and was ignored for weeks, had to request money back! Horrible customer service and lack professionalism.. don’t book
It’s been a total 3 days since we were supposed to have our Baby Shower for our Son. With everything we’ve been through we was so looking forward to this special moment between our family & friends. I booked with them for an event on 4/29/23. Came to find out out the same day the venue was double booked (at 2pm and my party started at 6pm) not only did they not make an effort to get me another venue but it’s been more than a month and I have not received my full refund. I am just getting ignored.
