Stay away. I emailed this company twice and received no response after waiting an entire month. Their website and social media reflects two different phone numbers. I called one number about 3-4 times to schedule a consultation with no luck. Finally days later, I get a text from that same number asking if I called them. WELL OBVIOUSLY. The staff was polite and helpful. That made a great backdrop for my wedding/ reception
For the centerpieces and for the sides of the stage we did NOT received what we asked for. We were supposed to receive flower centerpieces and at the ends of the stage as well. They DO NOT let you know that most of their centerpieces and backdrops are standard so they basically picked whatever centerpiece they wanted for our event. Which we did not ask for.

Horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. First of all I contacted them over three times in the last week and no response but when it was time to collect the money they responded quickly. My sister sweet 16 event was a complete mess because of this company. Her backdrop was the wrong color. They completely forgot about the centerpieces which was stated in the contract.
