We have hired Lavira Corp to do remodeling of a mixed building-commercial and resdential.They did a great job.We had a water leak due to Baltimore city's negligence but they handled it very professionally by contacting the city authorities directly and dealt with them.They have done a wonderful job.It is located in a main street and narrow stairways.Inspite of lots of obstacles they have overcome and finished the project timey.We are extremely happy and satsified with the work. VETERAN’S BEWARE. This company is not an honest broker. I have been going back & forth with this company for months regarding faulty windows. I lost my home from a fire/lightening strike, and hired them to perform my entire main home rebuild. They made great money from the entire project, but this is what I am dealing with.
