Seven years ago, while vacationing in Florida, we were interested in looking at condos. By chance, Lavinia Govender was the realtor that called us back. We were on a tight time frame but Lavinia was quick to line up multiple condo listings for us to see. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would fine the perfect condo but we did.
