I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic including appointments with Dr Rubina has been consistently disappointing. The wait times are extremely long, even with an appointment, and the whole place often feels disorganised and unfriendly. The reception staff frequently come across as sarcastic and unprofessional, which makes the experience even more frustrating, especially for elderly patients who clearly need more patience and respectful communication. If it wasn't tor dr Rubina, I wouldn't even post any stars. Trish is the rudest person I have ever met..in my life. She desperately needs to learn some people skills and that's not all. While at the drs (after being called back) I did what I thought was the right thing to do. After approaching the desk, Trish then came out and in a voice all could hear...spoke to me as if I was a deaf child, looking down at me. The whole surgery heard my private information clearly. Doctor "MERCER" is a legendary doctor. RESPECT HER!!!
I will never return to this clinic please go across the street to rehoboth instead if you want competent doctors who actually care. Dr Rubina is one of the rudest and unempathetic doctors I have ever had the misfortune of seeing and the reception staff have no clue of what they are doing it is not right and they should be removed from the medical field.
