Turned up for the appointment and was told about half an hour wait. After waiting 1 hour I checked with reception and was told “not too long”…. The whole visit was over 2 hours out of my day. The entire place is filled with disappointed looking people. Disorganised … never again
I came in today for a fasting blood test after fasting for over 10 hours as instructed. When I arrived, I was told the nurse would not be available until 1:30pm. I was not notified of this delay beforehand, which meant I made an unnecessary trip and used time and petrol. I understand delays happen, but a simple phone call or text to notify patients would be much appreciated. Hopefully the clinic can improve communication around staff availability so others don't have the same experience.
Dr. NEETU SHAUKEEN Pure scame I waited at least an hour and a half every single time, only to be rushed out in under 5 minutes. Despite doing multiple tests over 4 visits, she couldn't figure out what was wrong.
