My whole family has been seeing Dr Rubina for years, which makes this even more disappointing to write. We are extremely unhappy with the ongoing waiting times. Time management is very poor. You basically have to plan your entire day around one appointment. At our recent visit, we waited close to 2 hours for a 5-minute consultation. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic including appointments with Dr Rubina has been consistently disappointing. The wait times are extremely long, even with an appointment, and the whole place often feels disorganised and unfriendly. The reception staff frequently come across as sarcastic and unprofessional, which makes the experience even more frustrating, especially for elderly patients who clearly need more patience and respectful communication. If it wasn't tor dr Rubina, I wouldn't even post any stars. Trish is the rudest person I have ever met..in my life. She desperately needs to learn some people skills and that's not all. While at the drs (after being called back) I did what I thought was the right thing to do. After approaching the desk, Trish then came out and in a voice all could hear...spoke to me as if I was a deaf child, looking down at me. The whole surgery heard my private information clearly.
