I went to Lavin and spoke with Dan who understood what i wanted to accomplish. Dan was agreeable but when Jim got involved it turned into trying to sell me a Trust, and is clear that is all he cares about. Jim is not there for your needs it appears just for his. hard to get anyone to answer the phone or return a phone message, lot of good professional estate planning atty's out there to choose from, I won't be using this one.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable on what they're doing had a great experience with them and will recommend anybody to reach out to them and needs help on financial planning or estate planning.
