I wouldn't give her 1 star but I had to in order to write this. Do not ever hire Bethany Lavigno as a criminal defense attorney. She is not a criminal defense attorney!! Knowing what I know about Ms Lavigno, she should be disbarred. She was grossly inadequate and unprepared in my son's trial. She is the reason my son was convicted. Bethany L. Was a GAL AND used her authority to obtain a TPO AGAINST me for her friend, whom she represented. She also, wanted me in jail, and refused to do her job and fulfill her oath requirements by not including and investigating things on both sides. I was not even a “ party “ in the said order/ case she represented and chose to speak slander causing defamation of character on my behalf. Thankfully after a year and investigators, I have what be I need to clear the “air”…. She has always been rude.

First time she did an awesome job then I got a letter i was dropped for not communicating i have already paid for one more court appearance and have not been refunded
