Just moved here from MN looking for a new Asthetic spa. Waited 30 min for my scheduled appointment and decided to leave. This is not a Dr. office. They should respectfully reschedule or at least make you aware they are running 30 min behind. Clearly not a great customer service culture.
I have been going to La Vida med spa for a couple of years and I’m very pleased with the staff, the aestheticians, and the service. They are attentive, experienced, careful, and listen to determine what your needs are. I have been going to Shawna for aesthetics and Rachelle for injections. Neither ever try to sell me something I don’t need. I love how they follow up after treatment to see how I am doing. I highly recommend them.
First time getting a facial here and it was perfect Shawna was so nice/clean/ professional loved my experience will be going back every month now !
