If I had the option, I wouldn't even give a single star. The management at this place is incredibly subpar. They refuse to cooperate under any circumstances, plain and simple. My wife and I were en route to LaVida when we unfortunately got into an accident, causing us to miss our appointment. Upon calling to request a reschedule for a later available slot, we were met with resistance from the front desk.
