This is a Beautiful SPA!!!! With great massage therapists and estheticians. Id recommend to anyone! Hand and Stone is such a great brand. I am so happy with the conversion and the owners of this location
I visited for the first time last week and was really impressed by the staff and facility. My massage was excellent.
My 1st time was amazing! However today Naya the receptionist had to be having a bad day. She was very rude, abrubpt, and hung up in my face on a recorded line. She said she pulled up my file then sent more paperwork stating she could not find me? I called today for a 90 min and due to being fully booked and my 1st experience, I was willing to go with a 1 hour because I was setting up my membership today. I went for a prenatal massage and had a wonderful experience! The girls at the front desk were so warm and welcoming the second I walked in the door. Jeida did such a great job with my massage and I’m so grateful. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My body has been in so much pain with this pregnancy and this was just such a nice treat. There is another location closer to me, but I would absolutely go back to this one in the future too! Thank you!
