Bad practices bad massages. Went in with a 100 dollar gift certificate...ended up paying 70 dollars of my own money for an elbow massage. Absolutely terrible. Costed a grand total of 170 dollars to get a one hour massage that was 45 mins. 15 mins spent in a waiting room
