Great therapist and calming environment.
I was a loyal customer at this location—formerly Lavida Massage, now Hand & Stone—paying monthly for massage services through automatic debit. Due to a work assignment, I was unable to use several of my prepaid sessions. When I contacted the company, I was told I could either use or transfer the unused massages before the end of June. I had about six left.
