I was ripped off. I gave them my lavida gift card when I got there, and then was charged on top of it on my way out. I wound up paying over $180 for a 1 hour massage, plus a tip. I was lethargic when I was leaving so didn't realize it until it was too late. I won't be going back, I'll find somewhere new, same for my family members.
Was time to get pampered and they did just that.

I stopped going there because I had a horrible experience with a therapist, and after completing their survey with my honest feedback -no one ever called me back.
