I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this spa since relocating to Seattle. The first massage I had was excellent, and that therapist quit. I’ve been through 3 therapists since then and 2/3 have been very poor experiences; inconsistent pressure and lack of technique to the point I was looking forward to the ‘treatments’ being over. All of the staff I met were so sweet and helpful. It was an incredibly relaxing massage, Jackie did amazing, she took care of a knot in my shoulder that has been bugging me for a few weeks and also made me so relaxed I fell asleep briefly! Will definitely be returning!
