Stay away from lavida massage. This week alone they e charged me three times for services not rendered. It’s a nightmare and I may need to close all my accounts because they keep siphoning off money. It’s bad enough they want to charge me $45 for a requested cancel/reschedule but they did it 3x or $135 this week alone. And I pay a monthly fee for this scam. Terrible. They will steal your money. This review for is for lavida in Ballantyne NC but assuming they are all the same. Cancelled an appointment and charged me 3x and would t fix it. However they cancel numerous times including once when I was driving there. Therapist Chad is not good, creepy.
