First off, Alex was my massage therapist and my massage was absolutely wonderful. I’m incredibly disappointed, however, by my experience with the front desk/customer service. Very nice first time experience.
I'll stick to my regular place I got a 60 min message which I'll admit I was 20 min late the lady at the desk said I only had 40 min worth of message left I wasn't happy but ok I was late then the masseuse came out after a little while and said give me one second I waited we went to the back she told me I could get undressed down to my underwear it took me about 2 seconds to do that because I had an address and some sandals she comes back in the room pulls the cover up on me a little bit it says give me one second and left b... read more
