I've been to this LaVida location a few times and have experienced several of their massage therapists, most recently I've had a session with Jen and it was awesome! She's become a favorite of mine and I'll definitely be back to see her again. She accommodates whatever pressure you want, she really listens during the intake process and just generally makes you feel really comfortable. I left feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. First off, Alex was my massage therapist and my massage was absolutely wonderful. I’m incredibly disappointed, however, by my experience with the front desk/customer service. I was gifted a gift certificate for LaVida Massage by my sister in law who knew this location was near my house. I explained this when scheduling and went ahead with my appointment today.
