this business transitioned from Lavida to Hand and Stone and I no longer recommend this place. I’ve had a membership here for 4 years, they cancelled my membership for no fault of my own, did not restart it, and charged me $120 for a 60 min massage I usually pay $80 for. They’ve raided the prices out of the roof and charge for every little thing. I used to LOVE going here but they’ve ruined my respect for this place.
Such an amazing experience. Will definitely return for the relaxation and therapeutic visits in the near future.
Took my parents there for a massage and unfortunately was very disappointed with how everything went. Very pleased with the customer service but the massage was not worth the money, my parents were not satisfied with what they got which made me very sad because I was hoping to love this location. Very unprofessional masseuse, paid for an hr and received literally 30mins.
