This was my first time using Hand & Stone services and only my second experience with getting a professional massage. My husband purchased a gift card for me to surprise me with a massage for Christmas He was told at the time of purchase, that if he spent extra to add on services to exfoliate my hands and feet, then he would have spent enough money to qualify for an additional $50 promotional gift card. I visited this location about a week ago and paid for a deep tissue massage that was barely a massage. I’m sure that places that offer massages are always hearing about how there was not enough pressure in the massage because it’s hard to make some people happy. Amazing experience! I cant say enough about the staff here at CP Hand and Stone. Im a month to month customer and have massages with Spencer he's the best! Recently I tried a facial with Maria and came out looking 10 yrs younger. Amazing experience everytime! Let's not forget to mention the BEST customer service from the front desk staff to Anil the manager. GREAT SERVICE!
Strange my review no longer seems to be on here, but I came here in 2025 for a message, paid for a hot stone upgrade, the message itself was okay, however I never recieved the hot stones, which the therapist insisted he did. It was a deep tissue massage so its not exactly the kind I would have fallen asleep and forgotten. I didnt make a giant deal out of it, paid for the service I didnt recieve and will not be going back.
I had a facial with Maria at Hand & Stone and it was absolutely phenomenal! She was so professional, kind, and really attentive to my skin’s needs. By the time I left, my skin literally looked like glass—smooth, glowing, and refreshed. Easily one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I 100% recommend Maria if you’re looking to treat yourself—you won’t be disappointed!
