I love Hand & Stone. The massage therapist I’ve had each time was fantastic. The from desk ladies are so super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. I’ve been told the manager will call to discuss it and no one has called. I’ve gone in, she’s not there. I’ve called, she’s not there. And I’m still being charged after I filled out the cancellation paperwork in Feb. terrible management. therapist caused severe pain. Not safe to go to. I’ve worked in the service industry and taught at schools for this. Do not go here!
