I purchased a gift card online. I’ve called multiple times over the past 2 days and no one will answer.
I love Hand & Stone. The massage therapist I’ve had each time was fantastic. The from desk ladies are so super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. I’ve been told the manager will call to discuss it and no one has called. I’ve gone in, she’s not there. I’ve called, she’s not there. And I’m still being charged after I filled out the cancellation paperwork in Feb. terrible management. therapist caused severe pain. Not safe to go to. I’ve worked in the service industry and taught at schools for this. Do not go here!
Haven't been here, just want to reply to Candace , you shouldnt give a business a bad review because you chose not to speak up and make your voice be heard that the therapist was 'to hard' you giving them a bad review for that is like going to the nail salon, seeing that you don't like the nails , continuing not to say anything , paying and leaving the store only to come online and say your nails look ugly. It's truly your fault for not speaking up , saying 'I'm vulnerable and naked on the table" is not a reason to speak up ... read more
