HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS. Came to this specific location because I was told I must come here to use my Lavida GC. The only way they would honor my lavida GC was to come to the original location it was purchased at. Ok no problem. I live an hour away but wanted to use my GC. I booked two services. After my service, the blonde older woman with glasses at the front desk denied my gift card. She said “nope we don’t take Lavida this is Hand and Stone. I bought gift cards, spent hours of my life emailing, finding records to get to use what I purchased. The response, we cannot find gift card. This gift card is not valid. Nope no gift cards on your account. DO YOU WANT TO PUT ON CREDIT CARD ON FILE? I never gave them credit card on file for a reason. ALSO, NEW OWNER Melissa "helped me" with gift cards. Oh, you have $9.99 left on ($129 gift cards) LIE, until I emailed with year old receipts I was still going to be scammed. BUYER BEWARE. Would not step foot in here.
Emily is wonderful. As a long time member my last appointment was scheduled months in advance. Between reminders and numerous requests to change my appointment there were no less than 12 texts, emails and phone calls + a post visit email. Didn't enhance the experience!
I was a customer of Lavida for many years before they converted to this Hand and Stone franchise. I canceled my Lavida membership end of October 2024 because I was not interested in continuing on with Hand and Stone. Months after the transition to Hand and Stone, I noticed some fraudulent charges on my Visa. Dealing with the loss of my mom I didn't catch it in time and it went on for 4 months.
