First time going here and I was extremely impressed!! The staff was all very nice and Gary was excellent!
My husband and I have been here when it was LaVida and loved it. Went in yesterday for a couples massage. The ladies were very nice but the massages were not. We were asked what we were in for my husband said his elbow. The masseuse never even touched his elbow. He also said it felt like she was doing Morse code on his back. Then when we were double charged for the tip. I called back and the receptionist said she would refund the extra charge and no refund came. We will not be go back to this location again. I would highly recommend LaVida on Main st., Cartersville. The massage therapist really listened to what my pain was, and and worked those areas effectively. Alexia was fantastic. She worked the knots out of the muscle, but also allowed for intermittent relaxation massaging too. After 4-5 weeks of painful walking, I walked out pain free. She also recommended some stretching to help the treatment.
