If I could give less than 1 star I would. Can't even get into the place to rate their service. I was gifted 2 gift cards a couple of years ago when they were still LaVida. I tried to book something for my spouse and I recently, but they weren't willing to honor the LaVida gift cards even though the cards were bought in person at their stores around 2 years ago - same locations just now have been acquired by or transitioned into Hand & Stone, but still connected to LaVida. I would give zero stars if I could. A friend purchased a $100 LaVida Massage gift certificate at this location for my birthday. A couple of months later, when I was trying to book an appointment, I learned the location had been bought out by Hand & Stone. My friend called at that time and was told they were still honoring recently purchased LaVida gift certificates. Assuming I had time to use it, as I’ve never heard of a gift certificate expiring. Shandi Shandi Shandi Shandi!!!! THE best massage I’ve ever had. 10/10 will be requesting her when I go back. Today she gave me a Swedish massage with hot river stones, and it was by far the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had a “crick” in my neck for a few weeks now, and she found the exact spot it was coming from. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing!
